Tell us where the motorcycle is, what has happened and whether it can roll and steer. Mention accident damage, a steering lock that will not release or a wheel that will not turn. We confirm suitable equipment, access, the destination and the price before agreeing a collection.
Recovery from the roadside, home or work
Give us a map pin or the road name and nearest landmark, along with your motorcycle make, model and approximate weight. Describe any difficulty reaching it, including a narrow lane, car park barrier or steep driveway. Tell us if the bike has panniers or other accessories that affect its size.
If you need a planned purchase collection instead, see our motorbike transport service. For a breakdown, call 01224 044741 to discuss availability.
Describe how the motorcycle can be handled
We need to know whether it rolls, steers and brakes, whether the steering lock releases and whether there is any collision damage. Keep the keys available and photograph anything that may affect loading or securing.
Ask about enclosed transport
An enclosed trailer option is available for suitable motorcycles, subject to size and availability. Confirm this at booking if it matters to your job. If the bike has broken down now, call with your location so recovery can be assessed.
Prepare for collection
- Motorcycle make, model, weight and any fitted luggage.
- Whether it rolls and steers and the keys are available.
- Damage, fluid leaks or handling difficulties.
- Collection and delivery details, plus enclosed-trailer preference.
